End-User Support Service in Ukraine looking for Middle/Senior End-User Support engineer to launch and support the new office in Ivano-Frankivsk.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop IT infrastructure in our new office
• Ensure equipment, documents and processes are in place
• Support employees on IT-related issues
• Be involved in the development of End-User Support Service

REQUIREMENTS

• Soft skills — strong, hard skills — intermediate
• Understanding of basic principles of hardware, software, networking
• Advanced skills of troubleshooting OS, hardware, network
• Understanding of basic principles of asset management
• At least Intermediate level of English
